VMS for fishing vessels?

Vessel monitoring system (VMS) devices installed in the vessels send signals to the control and follow-up fishing center of the Authority.

In order to avoid any sanction by ARAP, it is necessary to maintain active the VMS installed onboard of the vessel or provide the information of said signal (coordinates, speed and route) to the fishing control and follow-up center of ARAP, for a period greater than twenty-four (24) consecutive hours.
