Did you know about BDN as a requirement for Tankers that support fishing vessels?

Bunkering documentation (Bunker Delivery Note) (BDNs) must be submitted up to 24 hours after the end of the activity, so that the analysis of the ARAP Fisheries Monitoring Center can certify with this document that the operation was carried out.

Based on Article 24 of the Fishing Law of 2021, it indicates that the Authority (in this case ARAP) shall establish the procedures and formats of the date and information to be collected and transmitted by the captain of all types of vessels engaged in fishing and activities related to fishing, such as those carried out by some “tanker” vessels.
