MARINE TRAINING AND CERTIFICATION CENTRE INC. (MTCC) provide training services at convenient locations and in cooperation agreements with recognized Training Centers authorized by their origin countries and the Flag Administration.
MTCC Branches are ISO 9001: 2015 certified companies which provide training programs in compliance with the requirements of the STCW 1978, as amended in their modern training facilities, equipped with deck and engine simulators, equipment’s and specialized instructors duly authorized by the Flag Administration.

SIMS was established on 18th October 2000 to provide and set up training and re-training services that should protect and formulate socio-economic programs and give additional knowledge in Maritime requirement to the Filipino Seafarers.
SOUTHERN INSTITUTE OF MARITIME STUDIES has the total dedication for the promotion of safety of life and property at sea, the safeguarding and protection of the maritime environment and the eagerness to respond the needs of all shipping agencies and their trainees and painstakingly carried out its goal towards clientele’s satisfaction.
Provides and set up training and re-training services that should protect and formulate socio-economic programs and give additional knowledge in Maritime requirement to the Filipino Seafarers, provide assistance, seminar, up grading and training services necessary for the promotion of the welfare of the members as per requirements of the Shipping industry both domestic and overseas.
In view of SIMS pursuit and zeal for excellence in achieving the highest standards of maritime training and education, the institute has acquired its ISO 9001 accreditation certificate from the Det Norske Veritas last 26th day March 2001.
Maritime Training Council (MTC) has given its accreditation to SIMS to offer and conduct courses as per the requirements mandated and set by the STCW ‘78 as amended in 1995 last 23rd February 2001. SIMS also provides services to shipping and manning companies for their special courses or in-house training programmes.
TRAINING CENTRE OF SEAFARERS “AVANT” LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY

Seafarers Training Center AVANT was established in April 2003 as a maritime training service provider by capable and experienced maritime professionals. AVANT has developed in recent years to one of the biggest training centers in Ukraine having statutory licenses from the Ministry of Education and Science and the Ministry of Infrastructure of Ukraine.
AVANT training facilities are located in different areas of Odessa, Chornomorsk for the convenience of seafarers. Each training facility covers different aspects of seafarers training needs and is equipped in a suitable manner for providing quality training courses.
Our high-qualified instructors, examiners having 20-30 years of working experience at sea onboard of all types of ships are attending training. The instructors know and understand the scope of knowledge and skills required from seafarers by port authority representatives, administration of a ship and performance of duties. Experience of AVANT’s instructors is able to get the goal in conformity with the latest requirements of the marine industry in order to create a professional seafarer and finally to fulfil our main task – “to prevent an accident or emergency situation on board a ship”.
The training courses provided at AVANT, including simulator training, are carried out with a view to enhancing the seafarers’ skills, knowledge and competence and keeping update with the latest technological changes in the maritime industry.
Our tasks and targets and also the AVANT business policy are focused on carrying out of high quality training for seafarers with purpose to improve the status of a seafarer, trained in Ukraine
